Managing Director Shishir Kumar Kudasbehar has a rich repertoire of a diverse and versatile professional experience of over 30 years, working in various capacities in all major segments of BHEL, including its International Operations Division, New Delhi, one of BHEL's major Manufacturing Plants at Bhopal, and International Operations Division of Power Mech Projects Limited, working across GCC, Africa and neighbouring countries. His experience encompasses a wide spectrum of strategic as well as operational disciplines including International Business Development, Project Management, Operations Management, Capital Investment and Contracts Negotiation.
